He begins his formation in the year 1997 through the study of Sciences of the Physical Activity and of the Sport in the National Institute of Physical Education in Madrid. It is there where he discovers, thanks to the courses promoted by the faculty, the world of massage(Sports, Chiromassage,) and everything related to practice and sports training. As he immerses himself in body knowledge, sports practice and massage, he discovers and incorporates the true relationship that exists between the body, mind and energy that emanates our interior combining physical activity, food and massage as indispensable tools for releasing tension, a discovery that defines their vocation and their decision to transform this learning into a way of life to share with others. After passing through INEF, he continues in the path of specialization and infinite perfection that for him contains the mystery of the body: Osteopathy, Pilates, Reflexology, Cranio-Sacral therapy, ARUN conscious touch, Meditation, Healing, all healing tools of body and spirit . While still forming, acquiring knowledge and experience, he also discovers the power of the ludic and hedonistic sense for body care, which will always accompany him in his work and that will influence his decision that Ibiza is the destination where to develop their potential and move with his family, to connect all this knowledge and give them absolute shape with the creation of his firm Life and Wellness. Before arriving to have its own signature, he displays all its ingenuity and its professionalism to gain a prestige and a clientele according to its character and its way of understanding the health that take it to happen by some of the best spas and hotels of the island, Being many of them currently. Comienza su formación en el año 1997 a través del estudio de Ciencias de la Actividad Física y del Deporte en el Instituto Nacional de Educación Física en Madrid.
Es allí donde descubre, gracias a los cursos promovidos por la facultad, el mundo del masaje (Deportivo, Quiromasaje) y todo lo relacionado con la practica y el entrenamiento deportivo. A medida que se sumerge en el conocimiento del cuerpo, la practica deportiva y el masaje descubre e incorpora la verdadera relación que existe entre el cuerpo, la mente y la energía que emana nuestro interior aunando la actividad física, la alimentación y los masajes como herramientas imprescindibles de liberación de tensión, descubrimiento que define su vocación y su decisión de transformar este aprendizaje en una forma de vida para compartir con los demás. Tras su paso por I.N.E.F., sigue en el camino de la especialización y el perfeccionamiento infinito que para él encierra el misterio del cuerpo: Osteopatia, Pilates, Reflexología, terapia Craneo-Sacral, ARUN tacto consciente, Meditación, Sanación, todas herramientas de curación del cuerpo y del espíritu. Mientras sigue formándose, adquiriendo conocimientos y experiencia, descubre también el poder del sentido lúdico y hedonista para el cuidado del cuerpo, que lo acompañará ya siempre en su trabajo y que influirá en su decisión de que sea Ibiza el destino donde desarrollar su potencial y trasladarse con su familia, para conectar todos estos conocimientos y darles forma absoluta con la creación de su firma Life and Wellness. Antes de llegar a tener su propia firma despliega todo su ingenio y su profesionalidad para ganarse un prestigio y una clientela acorde a su carácter y su manera de entender la salud que lo llevan a pasar por algunos de los mejores spas y hoteles de la isla, siendo muchos de ellos actualmente sus mejores clientes.
A día de hoy sigue formándose en Osteopatía, Pilates y Reflexología Neuromuscular.
